Groundwork Coffee specializes in batch-roasted, certified organic coffees and artisanal teas. A truly local pioneer in fair trade coffee and tea, we remain committed to sustainable business practices. This includes maintaining direct relationships with growers and importers who promote responsible coffee and tea production. Thanks to the neighbors and friends we've been fortunate enough to serve - we have opened 14 cafes along the West Coast, we have two very busy Roasteries in Portland and Los Angeles, and we produce a growing line of delicious cold brew coffees.
About You:
We are looking to hire a high-energy, efficient, and tenaciously thorough Production Assistant to join our growing team. As a Groundwork Production Associate you will be exposed to various facets of coffee roasting operations as you process, label and prepare packaging for shipment from within our Roastery. $18.00/hour - 40 Hours per Week - 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
